The Trevor Jones Dealermatch Team have over 20 years of acqusitions and disposals experience between them, the majority of which has been for motor businesses. This gives our team the unique insights into key considerations which need to be taken into account for both acquirers and vendors.

In the event that the Dealermatch teams represent both parties in a transaction, Chinese walls have been put carefully in place, and are regulated by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. All paperwork for individual transactions is kept separately and each party would be represented fully in any negotiations.
