Prior to obtaining any information about an acquisition you will be required to sign a standard Confidentiality Agreement.

Prior to any services being provided and any fees being agreed, you will be required to confirm the terms of the engagement through a formal engagement letter which will set out our level of fees and work to be provided.

Any such Information will be for the potential Purchaser’s/Vendor’s consideration only, and should not be passed on to third parties, other than your professional advisers, without the prior consent of Trevor Jones or the Vendor.

Trevor Jones and its representatives will not discuss any Purchaser’s/Vendor’s requirements with any individual other than the individual registering an interest on Dealermatch.co.uk without written consent of that individual.

You may not seek to gain further Information from the Purchaser’s/Vendor’s employees, customers, suppliers or franchisors, without the prior authority of the Purchaser/Vendor.

You acknowledge that whilst Trevor Jones and the Purchaser/Vendor believes any Information provided to be accurate, it will be the responsibility of all interested parties to qualify any information obtained from this service.
