| We will attend meetings with you in order to determine the outline of the deal. We will negotiate the outline terms of the deal and advise you on the potential tax impact of the transaction. If you are not a Trevor Jones tax client, we will liaise with your current advisors in order to ensure that we have a full understanding of your current position so that we can ensure you are well advised at all times throughout the process. We will review the initial Heads of Terms and then negotiate and finalise the Heads of Terms on your behalf.
Due to significant transaction experience with motor dealers we are able to incorporate Best Practice to ensure the wording of the Heads of Terms is drafted to your advantage. We will be able to use our experience of other motor trade specific transactions to explain and justify any goodwill payments to be included in your deal. |
