Provision of a Data Room

Whilst due diligence is being carried out, it is not always practical for the potential purchaser to spend significant time on-site, as this can sometimes start rumours and Chinese whispers amongst staff. We are therefore able to provide an office location for potential purchasers to review the vendor due diligence. We will provide assistance and explanations throughout the due diligence process and attend meetings and discussions with you as required. All papers and information will be stored in a secure, confidential area.
